Returns for Personal Use For customers who purchase items for personal use, the following return policy applies:

  • A 15-day cancellation period begins on the day the goods are purchased

  • The goods must be returned within 14 days after you have notified us in writing (via email) of your intent to return the item(s)

  • We will provide a returns reference that must be quoted along with the order number when returning the goods

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of the return

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as the goods remain the customer's responsibility until they reach StrapTite and we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit

  • The goods must be returned in the same condition as they were supplied to the customer. If the goods show signs of wear, we will not be able to accept the return

  • Upon inspection, if the goods are deemed unsaleable, the return will be rejected and the customer will be notified. The customer can choose to collect the goods at their expense or have them disposed of by StrapTite

  • Returns will be processed as quickly as possible(ex, delivery) If the return is accepted, the customer will be notified and a refund will be made within 3-5 working days to the original payment method.

Returns for Business Use For items purchased for commercial use or resale by businesses, the following return policy applies:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once they have been placed. If the order processing has not begun, we may, at our discretion, amend an order

  • The goods must be returned within 14 days after you have notified us in writing (via email) of your intent to return the item(s)

  • We only accept returns from businesses if the items are in resalable condition and have not been used

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as the goods remain the customer's responsibility until they reach StrapTite and we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Goods If a parcel is lost in transit, damaged during delivery, or incorrect, please accept our apologies. Alternatively, you can reach us by phone at 01414254500 and quote your order number. Please note that we do not have to issue a refund if you have ordered the wrong size, damaged the item due to self repair

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

We will always make contact with you to inform you of the cancellation and the specific reason

The most common reasons are:

  • The cancellation was requested
  • Unable to ship to requested delivery address
  • Address not provided in English
  • Issue with the payment
  • Quality Issue with the product

Refused or Undeliverable Orders If your goods are returned to StrapTite due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer or failure to collect the goods at the collection depot, a fee for re-delivery will apply. The customer will be contacted by email in these circumstances.

Please note if we accept the return we will deduct delivery and card fees from the total amount.
