Return to Base Warranty: If your tool is found to be defective within 90 days of purchase, we will repair or replace the tool free of charge. To take advantage of this policy, please follow these steps:

 

  • Contact our customer service team to report the issue with your tool.
  • If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#).
  • Pack the tool securely, including all parts and accessories that were originally included with the product.
  • Clearly write the RA# on the outside of the package.
