Product Information

The TransPak Plastic Strapping Tool features a brushless motor direct-drive technology which provides the highest level of accuracy and reliability. It features state of the art technology which results in less maintenance and ensures a longer lifetime of the motor. The thick and solid structure of this battery-powered tool provides outstanding impact resistance.

Helping to get your goods secured faster, this tool does everything for you in one quick motion by simply the press of one button, replacing the need for separate hand tools and metal seals. This battery-powered tool can also be easily transported around busy environments and warehouses, without the worry of wires hanging around.

The RB46A also has an energy-saving mode feature. This means that the tool will automatically go into sleep mode if it is sitting idle for a while, providing an energy-saving purpose.

Quality Bosch Battery

The TransPak tool comes equipped with a high-quality Bosch Battery which provides up to 415 (for PP) and 320 (for PET) strapping cycles per charge on high tension mode. This battery is rechargeable and has a long life span of up to 1,000 charges.

Spare parts such as suspension brackets and bottom base wearing protection plates are available.

Digital Touch Panel

This tool features a unique digital touch panel, which allows you to change through various operation modes, tension force and sealing time to simplify the operation. This digital screen also shows you the battery power level, cycle counter and error codes. 

Friction weld sealing

The advanced friction weld sealing technology guarantees reliable joint and high seal efficiency for both PP and PET strapping. An automatic weld function speeds up cycle time.
